If you're not satisfied for any reason — your dog won't eat it, you
changed your mind, or you simply don't feel it's right — email us
within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll refund you in full.

You do not need to send anything back. No return shipping, no forms,
no conditions. Keep the tub, even if it's opened or empty.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us with the name and email address used on your order. We'll
confirm and process your refund within 2 business days.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10
business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to
post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed
your refund, contact us.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective,
or incorrect, email us straight away with a photo and we'll replace it
or refund you — and you keep the original.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel within 14
days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Our 90-day
guarantee is more generous and applies in addition to this right.
